Go to www.wheelhousepix.com/school and then use the student’s personal online code. Then you will use the gallery password (which is the same as the school’s gallery code) and any email to then login.

Will I get an email on the picture proofs?
If the school provides us parent emails, you will get an emailed proof as well as a physical proof that will be shipped to the school for distribution.
Can I order for multiple students under one order?
During the presale time, before original picture day, you will need to place individual orders for each student. After picture day, you can order multiple students on one order. You will need to order for the first student and place the items in your cart and then select in the upper corner “view another gallery” to order for any additional student. Then checkout at the end to complete your purchase.
Where can I find my gallery password?
The gallery password will be the same as the gallery code.
Why can’t I see my student’s photo online?
If it is before the picture day, then there is no photo to view. Once picture day occurs, after the photos are digitally processed, then they will be available online to view before purchasing. A week before Picture retake day, they system does switch back to no photo preview in preparations on retake day. Once retake pictures are digitally processed, they will be available to view online again.
I don’t like how my student’s picture turned out. What should I do?
We understand that sometimes pictures don’t meet expectations the first time around. Check when your school’s picture retake day is and have your child participate in retake day (no additional charge). If your student already received a physical picture packet or proof, make sure they return this to the photographer on retake day”
